This building is a gem

Pros:
Very chill landlords, let’s you personalize the apartment from the walls to lighting features. rent-stabilized. Big backyard and superrr nice neighbors. Been living here for 4 years, never had a major issue on how the landlords have treated us.
Cons:
Rat infestation did happen, not all the time but especially during covid. Got our own protections and the landlord also helped. It is just the reality of NY. The landlord also is not interested in renovating the apartment. It has been 4 years and we just make do with what we have.
