The building is super clean. Great amenities. If you are new to the city and don't know people to live with they have great roommate matching.
Cons:
WAY too overpriced for 3 roommates. Pretty inflexible management.

Leasing flexibility Friendly occupants and management Responsive management Prime Williamsburg location with quick walks to L subway and Bedford Ave Really nice rooftop Nice sized bedrooms Decent sized common areas
Cons:
Poor construction/material quality Thin walls - noise travels Heat pumps barely worked in winter Management was quick to respond but slow to actually solve issues Laundry room not well maintained Roof left dirty sometimes on weekends after parties Half shower door so water always leaks out onto bathroom floor
Advice to owner:
Ramp up general cleaning/maintenance of common areas Fix heating issues Invest in better fixtures, doors and cabinetry

Great rooftop, super and certain house leads are very responsive
Cons:
Other tenants act as if we live in a frat house (dirty, loud), but it’s starting to improve. Outpost corporate people can be annoying to deal with
