Terrible management with little respect

Close to L…..only perk
Cons:
Water heat is extremely haphazard, no buzz in door, no peep hold in door, front doors do not automatically lock- all of these are city violations
Advice to owner:
Increase safety and quality of life for the extremely high price you charge

Cons:
Building was terribly maintained, the front door never locked and the landlord didnt do anything about it. The landlord also conducted illegal construction on the unit next door between 2am - 6am every morning.
Advice to owner:
Do the bare minimum to make this place 20% better

great apartment for location and price

Pros:
spacious, great natural lighting on the left side, good neighbors - no issues with package stealing or noise, great price, great location
Cons:
common stair area could be cleaner and better lit, building is pre war so sometimes we hear loud tapping from old pipes(?), shower temperature is hard to get right
Advice to owner:
clean the stairs and put in better lighting please :)
