Pros:
good location, backyard good for summer
Cons:
floods if there’s any rain, we had a rat in our apartment, tons of cockroaches and the landlord doesn’t do much. the heat also doesn’t work and the landlord will gaslight you
Advice to owner:
seal the property better against heat/cold, get an exterminator

Small walk up, beautiful exterior, classic brick
Cons:
Messy foyer / apartment entrance, handy man comes and does the bare minimum to make it “liveable”

Cons:
Basement unit is a hole in the ground, it's prone to flooding and Bill will tell you it's all your fault !
Advice to owner:
Stop renting out the ground floor unit.
