One of the last true loft buildings at wburg waterfront
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly helpful live-in super, great landlord, on the water, building security, massive spaces, updated kitchens and baths, true gritty NYC loft, one block from waterfront, furnished roof deck, freight elevator, massive windows, concrete floors great for creatives
Cons:
No elevator for daily tenant use, no video intercom, roof view slightly obstructed by new luxury buildings
Advice to owner:
Schedule time with tenant instead of just dropping by with a knock on the door. Working from home, that can present quite the interruption

Not bad for area but not great either
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great.
Cons:
Laundry facilities aren't great at all. Each floor is locked. Owner is a jerk and Super is a jerk and clearly hates his job. Owner wont allow building of walls. Bathrooms are outdated. Mine has 5 different colored tiles on wall, floor, shower etc. Looks really bad. Roofdeck has no shade whatsoever. Expensive. Puerto Rican restaurant across the street plays music really really loud. Will likely move.
