Good building small apt

Pros:
It was honestly a really good apt. Hot water, sunlight, modest kitchen everything worked well.
Cons:
The bathroom was an ugly color, the rooms were a bit small
Advice to owner:
I really enjoyed renting from them, I could drop of rent in person or mail it, they were responsive when I needed help and even let me in once when I was locked out. They live nearby and check on their building. Good owner.
