Annoying Neighbors and Landlords

-Bedford is literally outside of your building -Close to L & G train
Cons:
-Rats/water bugs are always outside of the building late at night -Always people who don’t even live in the building throwing and leaving their trash on the stoop, even though they don’t live there. -hounded by landlords to assort garbage by 4 different recycling divisions... my apartment is so small it can barley fit the garbage I have now let alone 4 different kinds.
