Terrible Management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location by train
Cons:
Management is awful. Place is new building but everything constructed and made extremely cheaply. They take weeks to fox issues and tried to jack up rent over 50% after one year
Advice to owner:
Read the tenant rights

Great location, unresponsive management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice, clean, great sunlight. The neighborhood is great and very near the L and G trains.
Cons:
Management isn’t super responsive or interested in making any improvements to the building. We literally got snowed in to the building on a Saturday because no one came to shovel until after 3 pm.

Out of the way, but near the heart of Williamsburg.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is so close to the L train, just a short block and a half away. You're right nearby all that Williamsburg has to offer. The rooftop has amazing, sweeping views of Manhattan. Nice, 2nd deck patio, work/lounge area and small workout room. Management was responsive and helpful, and I rarely encountered any issues.
Cons:
It's a bit loud near the highway, if you're sensitive to noise. The building has a men's shelter across the street.
