Great location, everything else so so
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lovely street, close to transit. Tidy lobby/halls and the super is nice
Cons:
Owner is difficult to deal with as a single female tenant (yelling, misogynistic comments, mild sexual harassment)
Owner vetoes or slow walks necessary repairs
Little to no pest control
Package theft from lobby

overall pretty good
Former Tenant
Pros:
really nice location in wburg, overall pretty quiet and pretty clean. most importantly the landlord was quick to resolve any issues (we only had a few small issues while living there)! he is around a lot and when i moved it they had just gotten a new live in super so hopefully that’s going well for the new tenants. i only moved out cuz of covid, i would move back if there were openings!
Cons:
landlord could be moody but was mostly pretty nice and reasonable. like i said there’s a new super so maybe u can just call him now for issues.
Advice to owner:
be a bit more polite to your tenants.

Things to like, things to dislike
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, big apartments, live-in super
Cons:
German cockroaches in summer, weird little quirks in the structure of the unit. Walls at strange angles, small oven not built in to the counter.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great, good light
Cons:
Landlord can be a bit handsy, and it’s an old rickety building
