Building mostly okay - Management not responsive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice rooftop (though unfinished) and good location.
Cons:
Very low air quality (my walls and furniture turned black because no air filtration) and the super is not helpful at all. When asked to fix anything, management does not respond

Great if you enjoy hearing rats crawl through the walls
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, if your apartment is towards the back of the building you don’t hear the traffic going on on Bedford Avenue
Cons:
You’ll often see cockroaches and hear rats in the walls. Walls are also extremely thin so you can hear everything going on in other apartments. Super that uses the roof to throw his own parties

Fine if you don’t care
Former Tenant
Pros:
The roof is really nice and has been great in quarantine to get to know ppl in the building.
Cons:
Management is actually the worst it’s one person that is never by his computer and they don’t respond until you call a ton. Water in the building literally is boiling so you actually can burn yourself. The radiators leak and cause problems in every unit. You can hear everything within the building, not so bad if you don’t mind noise but it’s not quiet. A majority of apartments are old or have been poorly renovated. Some literally have holes in the floor...
Advice to owner:
Actually put money into caring for your building
