Good space but lack of response

Pros:
-big living space with balcony access -great location
Cons:
-gets loud at night -management rarely responds -lots of mice and rats outside (and mice inside apartment) -could use some updating
Advice to owner:
Quicker response times and follow ups. We rarely hear back about issues we have or someone will come out to look and say they need to come back another day and we never see them again. Also taking care of the surrounding area and basement areas lwould prevent some of the problems with mice and rats.
