Pros:
This apartment is great for the space/location, good rooftop, big space, new appliances
Cons:
NOISY neighbors and commercial space below (why I left), you can hear entire conversations or music playing 24/7, very cold in the winter, little natural light in the living space, not worth the price or the cons

fix heat and noise issues

Great spot with untrustworthy landlord

Pros:
Great location, spacious interior, nice view from roof
Cons:
Landlord is a nightmare. He will call/text at all hours of the day and night, yelling and making threats. Incredibly stressful to deal with. One day very friendly, the next day incredibly hostile. Will not address small issues for years. WILL NOT RETURN SECURITY DEPOSIT. Will make promises and break them and then yell at you about them. Will not listen to you, only talk, on a phone call.
Advice to owner:
Let someone else respond to tenant relations.
