Beautiful Apt but could be better

Pros:
Great location, beautiful brick apartment
Cons:
The management takes a while to act on any queries. The insulation is terrible therefor heat bill is high! No laundry is some units

Pros:
Love how beautiful the apartments are. Exposed brick. 2/3 apartments in the building half rooftop access. Prime location. Most of the people in the building are friendly.
Cons:
Next to the highway - you get used to the noise but occasionally get woken up by big rigs. Management takes forever to respond to any maintenance requests and will forget to fulfil most of them. They’re also extremely tone deaf and horrible people. At the start of the pandemic they emailed residents to let them know that because of the pandemic, in order to make tenants to pay rent on time they were now involving a credit agency to bring down your credit score for not paying on time and waived the $2 processing fee for rent payments due to “hard times”. They’re ridiculous.
Advice to owner:
Complete maintenance requests on time and stop sending out classist and tone deaf emails to tenants scaring them into thinking they’ll be homeless for not paying rent on time.
