Great Building in Williamsburg
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great building in a great part of Williamsburg. Apartments are recently renovated with nice appliances and central air. Roof deck is beautiful.
Cons:
The rooms are a bit small in 3 Bed units (~8x8 & smaller). Also, the bike room listed is not covered so you don't want to put your bike out there.
Advice to owner:
Create a bike room that is covered so bikes are protected.

Don’t Live Here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The rooftop was alright
Cons:
Management didn’t keep the common areas clean. For weeks the garbage was piled in front of our building with no explanation why. Management was not responsive to service requests.
Advice to owner:
Hire a new team of people to manage your property.

Former Tenant
Pros:
great view from roof, responsive management
Cons:
packages stolen at times, hallways often dirty, neighbors loud, apartment gets dusty very quickly somehow, trash out front is awful

Loud and dirty
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location and view from the rooftop
Cons:
This is a rent control building gentrified for annoying 20 year-olds who blast music and host parties ALL WEEK.
There’s always garbage in the stairs left by the party attendees, plus garbage containers are at the front of the building and no one cares to keep it clean so it ends up being a MESS filled with rats that you need to avoid while trying to step into the lobby.
Management redid the rooftop and took out the entire deck structure replacing it with cheap foam that heats up like HELL in the summer.
