Horrific management. RUN.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighbors, good location. Rooftop is filthy but good views.
Cons:
Absolutely filthy building. No attention to repairs even with pics of mold, wires, overflowing water damage from apt above. They just stop responding completely, absolutely maddening. While constantly trying to increase rent like crazy. Have been in NY 19 years and it’s the worst management I’ve ever seen.
Advice to owner:
Get the building up to code and actually fix the rotting crumbling building. Don’t pretend to act on good faith when in fact it would be illegal to operate otherwise. Stop wildly increasing rents as though there is any work at all being done on this rat den.
