Cons:
The noise from the street will sometimes shake the entire apartment because of how loud it is. Our shower and bathroom sink still don’t drain well after the super “fixed” it multiple times, door knob doesn’t work, fire alarm never worked, and we only had one lock because the top bolt was broken and we just had to deal. The super has a brother who sits out front smoking all day blocking the entrance which confuses delivery people and guests. The landlord can be a true pain to deal with he is combative and didnt give us the full security deposit back because of a dent in the fridge we didn’t even make
Advice to owner:
You need to reign in your super and his brother. The brother will just sit outside smoking and drinking and it scares people. Fix the fire alarms and door knobs/locks so people feel safe.
