Quiet, nothing fancy

Pros:
Quiet building, neighbours are pretty respectful with no one really making heaps of noise. Garbage is well managed and the outside area where the bins are is always kept clean. Super is not live-in but is very responsive and quick to come help.
Cons:
No buzzer means that packages aren't always delivered unless someone is able to come out and open the door for them.

Building is well maintained and neighbors are quiet and respectful.
Cons:
No buzzers/doorbells in apartments so sometimes receiving a package in the mail is tricky.

Great location, outdated building

Pros:
Location is amazing. The owners are very nice. Never had problems with pests but kept my unit very clean. Garbage all managed by super so makes it easy to keep the apartment clutter free.
Cons:
It’s pretty outdated. Building needs some updates.
Advice to owner:
Make updates like fresh paint, refinished floors, etc.
