Pros:
Close proximity to prime Williamsburg spots and nice neighbors on the street
Cons:
Cockroach problem on 1st floor. Building door was often broken and left that way for weeks. Difficult to get apartment damage repaired.
Advice to owner:
Increase pest control and maintain entry better
