Overpriced but lovely!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are all newly renovated and done in a really nice way. The layout of the bedroom and living room via the kitchen is great as it segments the two. Both the living room and the bedroom are very large for New York. Fantastic natural light and the building manager is nice
Cons:
The street is very loud especially during the summer - it’s extremely loud in the living room from the street noise but when you’re in the bedroom it’s fine.
It’s an extremely apartment for the area, however, it is very nice.
There’s a downstairs neighbor who has been there forever and constantly complains about the noise
