Nice apartment and super, mean stingy landlord

Pros:
Building is secure and has new appliances without being a tacky new-build
Cons:
Neighbors partying all hours, the landlord blaming us for things we did not do and then us having to threaten to take him to court in order to get our deposit back.
Advice to owner:
Thicker walls, don't be such a landlord about everything
