Beautiful building but poor management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Stunning views from most of the apartments and the rooftop. Lots of space. Nice appliances and in-unit washer/dryer.
Cons:
The heat and A/C were constantly breaking and would take forever to be fixed. It seemed like there was always something broken that would go weeks without fixing. The management was horrible. Especially for the price this building is not worth it. Ultimately this influenced my decision to move out.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your building and tenants!
