Avoid At All Cost
Former Tenant
Pros:
Only thing good is location
Cons:
Horribly unkept, hardly ever cleaned. Some tenants steal packages. There’s a huge pest infestation, building has exterminator come monthly but maybe only two apartments sign up. The garbage area is always disgusting. Management is very unresponsive. People are always smoking weed and cigarettes in the building. Sometimes you find people sleeping in the hallway and and stairs and pretty sure people sell drugs in the building and in front of the building.
Advice to owner:
Do better. Take care of your building.
