Landlords are slumlords

The bodega downstairs
Cons:
This place is a pit with high rent. The landlords do not respond to requests and cheat you out of money. Do not rent with this building.
Advice to owner:
Be a human.

Not the worst but far from the best

Pros:
Building was super quiet and the other tenants were all great.
Cons:
There was a roach problem regardless of how often I cleaned or what products I used. Pest control was supposed to come every month, but I only saw them once in the 2 years I lived there. Emails to property management about lease issues or repairs would take weeks to get a response.

Worst, most predatory management ever

Building was fine, cockroaches but the first floor so what can you say. Heat worked, you get what you pay for I guess. Not the best but liveableish
Cons:
The most despicable, non responsive, predatory management ever. Refused to give back security deposit after being non responsive for MONTHS. We ask for a reason why, and they dont respond for another few weeks - finally they tell us the apartment was filthy with no itemized lists or costs or receipts. Mind you this is after we are fully moved out, half a month after our lease has ended. Considering that this apartment has a largely primary language spanish speaking and lower income community, I am not surprised they take full advantage of withholding security deposits.
One more thing, they never respond to any contact about fixing anything ever. The super is your only hope. And he isn’t a full fledged repair company. He cant take black mold out of the building. The management wont fix anything that they arent forced to fix by some higher power. We had a mushroom grow out of our ceiling because the piping in the walls were so moist.
