Good location and nice view
Cons:
Constructions in front. Terrible attitude from the landlord and does not care about people nor cleanliness or safety.

337 is a beautiful way to live near domino park

Great space, close to domino park, great neighbors
Cons:
Laundry room never fully operational, kent is congested with the construction of domino park buildings, far from subway.
Advice to owner:
upgrade laundry room, water heaters to insta hot units, and install new upgraded AC / Heating units
