Sunlight Great neighborhood Clean A/C & heating works well Pet friendly
Cons:
Only 3 washer/dryers in basement & at least 1 is always out of order (*once went 2+ weeks without working laundry or response from owner) Upstairs and Downstairs neighbors have very loud parties often (usually on roof or in yard) Rent increases are absurd each year ($700 - 17% increase), makes it likely you’ll have to move after 1 year here *they WILL NOT negotiate price
**Construction behind building began June ‘23** Work begins at 7am all weekdays,very loud drilling & digging
Advice to owner:
Don’t raise rent over 10% after 1 year, makes it clear you don’t care about the tenants only the money

great location and spacious units. Building management usually responds quickly to issues.
Cons:
A lot of street noise and noise from the nearby subway.
