Good overall
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great landlord (very responsive and nice), live-in super, laundry in basement, respectful neighbors, building is cleaned often
Cons:
Really bad heating system, bad toilet piping, walls are thin= you hear your neighbors all the time, washing machines are often out of order
Advice to owner:
Fix heating please

Not bad not amazing
Former Tenant
Pros:
I really didn’t have any issues with my apartment.
Cons:
Sometimes the funerals at the pace next door got a little out of hand. Fights and stabbings and stuff. Apartment was tiny.

Quiet and Clean
Former Tenant
Pros:
+ Friendly live-in super who always ensures the trash is taken out promptly and that the halls/stairwells are clean
+ Respectful neighbors
+ Quiet building
+ Landlord responds to issues quickly
+ Overall safe area
Cons:
+ The funeral home next door sometimes hosts events where music is played extremely loud with no regard for others nearby who have to work or sleep. It’s rare that the music goes on past 12am though.
+ If your unit faces the BQE the street noise can get pretty loud
+ Laundry machines break often
+ The heater can sometimes be too intense and turn on when it’s 50 degrees outside
+ The toilets/plumbing isn’t the greatest
Advice to owner:
Please invest in better washer and dryers and address the issues with the heat.
