BED BUGS AWFUL NEIGHBORS BEWARE
Former Tenant
Pros:
If you like getting bed bugs you’re in for a great time!
Cons:
Unresponsive, apathetic management refusal to honor lease and rectify bedbugs. Neighbors who will steal from you and lie about it, packages DoorDash etc.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building to someone more competent

Bed bug infested building with terrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Absolutely nothing. There are no pros.
Cons:
Bed bug infested apartment building. Neighbors having bed bugs multiple times along with myself. Management does nothing to fix it and also doesn’t let other neighbors in the building know. Neighbors will also steal your food, are really aggressive, and fight in the hallways. A really scary building to live in.
Advice to owner:
Please fix the bed bug and crime issue in this building.

380 S 4th
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location. Near G, JMZ + L
Cons:
Since change of management hallways are regularly dirty. Someone dropped a section of lasagna in the stairwell and it was there for a week or two.
Takes months to get any problem in the building fixed.
Mail and packages regularly go missing
Advice to owner:
Invest in cleaners. Higher response rate to emails and maintenance issues in apartments
