Pros:
Location is good, hallway is cleaned weekly, trash is always taken out.
Cons:
There are a few weird things in the building. I can only speak for our unit.
- super moldy bathroom (never fixed by landlord mold always came back) - windows are drafty and we pay our own heat (electric heaters) which get super expensive - animal living in wall? so many weird sounds coming from one wall of the apartment landlord never looked into it - stoop volume- being the only stoop on the block people sit there and are sometimes loud. Not a huge drawback from me but something others might want to think about. - ceiling / heater leaks. this summer all the ac/heat units leaked and the ceiling leaked. landlord was not very fast about fixing the issue.
