Cons:
No utilities included in rent, laundry is also expensive.
Management will not respond or fix your issues unless you bombard them with emails and tickets. We’ve had an open issue since last year and nothing has been done. Calling management results in going straight to voicemail so your only option is email or ticket submission.
Heating and cooling costs are high ($300+ for heat, $100-200 for cooling).
Advice to owner:
Follow through on open tickets. Don’t just send someone who will look at the issue and then never come back to fix it.
