Can’t really complain!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is cleaned several times a week, garbage is always taken care of, good amenities, great location, quiet, big windows in bedroom
Cons:
Hard to get ahold of for fixing anything but once you message a few times they’re helpful and get your needs fixed Rooftop furniture is all broken
Advice to owner:
Replace furniture upstairs and check in on gym equipment to make sure it’s all good :) would love to get faster responses too!

Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly neighbors. Great neighborhood.
Cons:
Water pressure from shower head. Water heater located in one of our closets. Sink shape causes water to go all over in kitchen.
