Pros:
Washer and dryer in unit, good location.
Cons:
Worst management company ever, heat doesn’t work well on winter time you gonna be VERY COLD or you will be very HOT! You can’t never count on them for anything.
Advice to owner:
Do a better job for your tenants

Pros:
great location; high ceilings; great water pressure
Cons:
the apartment was filthy and had not been cleaned when I moved in. heat did not work - apartment was often cold. garbage would pile up and wouldn't be taken out. no access to a phone number for a super. when things would break in the apartment it would take forever to get them fixed.
Advice to owner:
hire a super. be more responsive to tenants.

Pros:
nice block, friendly neighbors
Cons:
the landlord does not respond to complaints or repairs unless DOB gets involved (heat was off over 1 week on 3 separate occasions last winter when temps were near or below freezing, debris was falling from facade of building to the street, and other safety issues are not repaired until 311 is called.)
Advice to owner:
treat tenants like people not rent checks and do the bare minimum

-Amenities dishwasher/laundry
Cons:
-Management, didn't fix things properly
Advice to owner:
Get better management, stop trying to increase the rent so much!
