Beautiful Building and Great Neighbors

Pros:
The building is clean and well-kept.
The neighbors are all very friendly, kind and generous and always helping each other.
The ceilings are high.
The super is kind and lovely and does a great job keeping the building clean.
Cons:
The lovely garden cannot be utilized. This is very sad. There is a huge garden. There are only six apartments and everyone gets along. I don't understand why the landlords will not let us use the garden.We could grow vegetables and make it truly an oasis.
Advice to owner:
Let us use the garden, please and let us sit on the steps. It is such a pity.
