Old building with nice units
Former Tenant
Pros:
New appliances, nice looking exposed brick. Bathrooms are big for a studio. Landlord is kind and responsive.
Cons:
It’s an older building that could use some renovations, but inside the units are nice.
Advice to owner:
Consider adding another bolt to the doors since sometimes the building door gets left propped open.
