    Lovely Greenpoint Apartment

    Pros:
    - Wonderful and attentive landlord
    - Extremely clean and well kept apartment units
    - Great lightning
    - Landlord willing to work with you
    Cons:
    - Noisy hallway
    - Someone broke in and robbed the tenants
    - Rats all over the street at night from other close buildings
    Advice to owner:
    - Need better front door and cameras

    Its an old building, so the occasional pest or lingering smell can be a nuisance.
