This building floods regularly
Former Tenant
Pros:
We moved in May 2020 and were the first to live in one of the first floor apartments.
Cons:
We left 3 months before our lease was up because the basement of our apartment flooded three times. Each time, management sent the super to mop up the water, but never fixed the actual issue. We started to notice a musty, moldy smell after a while and we were completely fed up, so we decided to leave. This building is ridiculously overpriced.
