Overall great building

Pros:
Amenities are great, rooftop and yard are great outdoor spaces. Washers and dryers in the building, dishwashers and mini-split AC units in each room. Free bike storage in the basement as well. Units are super small but the tall ceilings make everything feel much larger. The hallways were repainted a few months back which was very nice to see.
Cons:
Had a leak in the bathroom and it took management weeks to send someone to fix it. They didn’t clean the apartment upon moving in. Decent amount of street noise due to being on a moderately busy street. Hallways, stairs and basement washroom could be kept slightly cleaner. The store on the street level keeps strange people lingering around the building entrance + they are always super loud. The guy that works at the bodega across the street is known to harass the women in the building sometimes too. Management won’t give back the security deposit without providing reason why.
Advice to owner:
Be more professional with reasonable requests from tenants.
