Great, clean building with next to no issues with management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is constantly mopped/cleaned, management is responsive and will fix any issues that come up. Lived here 5 years and only ever had 1-2 minor issues and they were addressed quickly. Really nice quiet street (even from first floor, never any street noise).
Cons:
Rooftop furniture could use some updating after a few good years of wear (as of June 2024). There's a patch of turf that unfortunately management seems fine with tenants letting their dogs piss and occasionally shit on which is a bummer because every other aspect of the building is super well-maintained. Some neighbors can be sticklers about noise, but not dramatically unless you're trying to throw parties every weekend. THEY DO NOT LET YOU HAVE GATHERINGS ON THE ROOF, even having 5-10 people over to sit on the roof and have dinner can get flagged so just don't bank on using the roof to host people (even though most of the tenants never even use the roof and it's mostly empty). Otherwise really really minimal negative feedback for this building and management. 9/10 overall.
Advice to owner:
Rooftop furniture could use a facelift/a few replacements at this point, some of it is falling apart. And it would really make a big difference in how useful the roof is if you allow outside guests up there as long as people clean up after themselves.
