Nice but you can tell its a landlord flip
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, quietness, size
Cons:
Water pressure, spotty AC/ Heater functionality, unclean shared spaces like roof and back yard
Advice to owner:
Regularly clean the back yard and cut the grass

Pretty good! But need better wifi to do laundry
Former Tenant
Pros:
Roof access and great view. Landlord always responded (if sometimes lightly delayed)
Cons:
The Washer/Dryer would occasionally not work. Along with spotty wifi downstairs, it was an ordeal to get laundry done. This seemed to get better the month I was moving out.
Advice to owner:
Better Wifi downstairs for Laundry!!!!

Solid, as long as you don't have any issues that require maintenance
Former Tenant
Pros:
has a roof access, laundry in building, close to subway, great location. building is pretty tidy compared to most places.
Cons:
Have constant water damage to our ceiling and the occasional leak. Maintenance will come to fix it however, the problem recurs every other month essentially. My guess is that the construction did a poor job with the drainage and there is no possible way to fix the problem in full without completely renovating. Maintenance is also slow to come and fix the problem despite labeling the issue as urgent.
Advice to owner:
don't go for cheap fixes, it shows.
