Pros:
Central air, laundry in building, plenty of space, newer appliances, and the office and super are very nice and easy to work with.
Cons:
Poor ventilation in the bathroom, so weekly cleaning is a must.

Great modern apartment with some downsides

Pros:
Modern, nicely laid out, access to outdoor area, great location by the 7, G, bus stops and ferry
Cons:
the appliances and fixtures look modern but they’re not great quality, it’s pretty noisy you can hear your neighbors pretty easily.
