    Loud and echoing hallways

    Pros:
    +In-unit washer dryers are nice
    +Nicely finished apartments with fancy appliances
    +Best shower I've ever had in an apartment
    +Roof deck is nice and usually clean
    +Good location in reference to the G and good restaurants/etc.
    Cons:
    -Loud hallways are made of stone and echo every living room noises (including screaming children, people DJing, lots of screaming at TVs for sports)
    -Neighbors are not very considerate or friendly
    -Unresponsive management company unless related to your lease ending/starting
    -Small rooms for price
    -Restaurant patrons at Dominican food place are loud and lots of delivery drivers
    -Weird issues with address - 972 Manhattan not registered with USPS - all non lease related stuff is 141 India St. Made getting a license annoying and caused some initial mailing issues since management doesn't share.
    Advice to owner:
    Be more responsive and put some carpets in the hallways for sound deadening
