Don't let the new stainless stainless steel appliances blind you from this wreck

Pros:
Stairs kept clean and have decent traction.
Mailroom tile-work and light fixture update look nice.
Cons:
landings constantly dirty and covered in dust from construction that never gets cleaned. No laundry, no basement storage, no light on exterior of building, no wiring to easily add exterior light fixture. Wall paint is heavily chipping on every floor. Mail and solicited ads constantly covering the floor of entry way, mail area, into the rear and all the way up the stairs. Proven stolen packages twice in one year. Entry way second door was broken entire year and propped open by string and a nail. Major lack of security, i.e. 8pm on a week night a belligerent man successfully picked the lock of our door quickly enough to enter before we could even scream or dial 911, later arrested and convicted. Horrid pest infestation.
Advice to owner:
Maintenance rehabilitation, professional reconstruction of shoddy drywall, crooked baseboards, massive doorway gaps, outlet and socket replacement throughout as only 8 of 26 total sockets were in working order.
Imminent failure guaranteed without an immediate, heavily-comprehensive modern day & technologically advanced, up-to-date interior + exterior + outdoor + internal security system and infrastructure.

Awful landlord

Pros:
Neighbors were nice. Place was always quiet.
Cons:
So many open building violations. Mice, doors that don’t close, leaking roofs, the list goes on. The landlord is awful at being responsive and puts on a show to act like he’s trying to help you when in reality he’s a cheap slumlord.
Advice to owner:
Find a new career and give me back my money.
