    Pros:
    There is not much to enjoy here, it’s a slum lord, never cleaned or maintained. Location is good
    Cons:
    Rats, roaches, plumbing issues, siding falling off, dead rats, live rats. Never cleaned.
    Advice to owner:
    Clean the place and seal the walls so the rats stop coming in.
