Horrible apartment and landlords are thieves
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s close to the subway
Cons:
The landlord will try to take every bit of your deposit if they can. Don’t plan on getting any of it back.
Only one sink and it’s in the kitchen.
Little bugs infesting the shower.
Extremely tilted floors which became a real safety hazard.
Limit of 5,000 btu air conditioning unit which only cools about 1/3 of the apartment and makes summers unbearable.
Packages frequently stolen or missed because delivery drivers have no way of entering the building or buzzing you to let you know they are there.

Don’t be fooled, avoid this place like the plague!
Advice to owner:
Sell it to someone who knows how to run a building.
