Charming, classic nyc

Old but charming original details, moldings, light fixtures. care has gone into preserving the buildings features
Cons:
management not always responsive, water often turned off with no warning for days at a time

Cheap rent expensive hospital bills

Area and seemed so cute at first
Cons:
there is MOLD growing very evidently in the walls especially in the back bedroom. a few hospital visits were made due to the situation. UN COOPERATIVE LANDLORD. ACTED SELFISHLY AND WITHOUT EMPATHY.
Advice to owner:
probably think 2 times before moving here

Extremely nasty landlord. She is not afraid to scream at you and if you have an issue with your apartment she will yell and you and not fix it. All her tenants are scared of her and hate her.

Beautiful apartment and great neighborhood
Cons:
MOLD all throughout entire apartment after performing mold tests and roommate getting sick multiple times. Landlord is so mean and aggressive and would fund any loophole to avoid fixing the problem.
Advice to owner:
FIX THE MOLD
