Better than most

Pros:
The apartments have high ceilings, dishwasher, and washer/dryer in each unit. Warm in the winters.
Cons:
The “handyman” was useless and was pretty much drunk most of the time. I would have to beg management to hire a professional instead. Hopefully they’ve fired him since. Radiators are violently loud.

Pros:
Nice apartment, centrally located, moved out because rent was too high
Cons:
Really loved the building, very minimal issues if any the whole year I was there
