Landlord is a snake Building is not maintained in the slightest Lopsided stairs Black mold all over that the super painted over Heat doesn’t work properly Illegal windowless rooms in all units Illegal basement unit Doors don’t lock properly Kitchen ceiling fell in due to water damage and instead of fixing it, he lowered the ceiling 2 feet and just covered it up that way Mouse problem Kitchen hasn’t been updated in years and nothing works Smoke alarms never replaced No carbon monoxide alarm
Advice to the owners
Fix all of the above and stop charging so much for these terrible places! You literally have articles about how you’re a slum lord, come on dude.
