rickety floors, heating in unit not uniform, hard to get a hold of the landlord

Pros:
Nice neighborhood. Renovated kitchen and bathroom. Landlord is a pretty chill guy and cares about the tenants. Not one of those petty dime collecting landlords. Nice backyard.
Cons:
There were few mice problems in the beginning which was cleared later. During the summer the bar next door can get a little loud but nothing that will prevent you from sleeping
Advice to owner:
Love the family business and genuine approach to the tenants.
