Beautiful building but RATS!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet,nice floor plan,shared yard!
Cons:
Yard is tenants responsibility and it’s a lot of trouble!! And RATS! They are building! Landlord says itsbeing addressed but RATS are still there!
Advice to owner:
Fix yard! Get rid of rats!
