Very nice and responsive landlord

Pros:
Great landlord- she used to leave us tomatoes she grew on our windowsill outside, responsive, nicely maintained building
Cons:
Bedroom was right next to the building front door and it was very cold, not much light
Advice to owner:
Doing a great job!!

Pros:
Pretty good value for the property location. Didn’t have pest issues despite being on the 1st floor. Landlords kept up the backyard of the property and were good about maintaining the cleanliness of the hallway & trash area. They were a nice family!
Cons:
None really. Main building issues were caused by the neighbors but the owners did a pretty good job when it came to repairs and such.
