Frozen pipes and no hot water, worst management experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean shared areas and quiet neighbors in a good location.
Cons:
Horrible response to emergent and ongoing issues. We had frozen pipes for 5 months in one of our bathrooms and intermittent hot water for 1 year. Cockroaches in the dishwasher and mice. Lots of new furnishings so the individual apartments look nice but the building is horribly maintained. We also had the bathroom above us flood into a bedroom and it causes damage from dirty water.
Advice to owner:
Learn how to insulate a pipe if you’re going to add new units or bathrooms.

3 Year Tenant
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very little street noise. Rent was a good value for the time. In unit laundry was great! Loved the location. Safe.
Cons:
Management is responsive but not the most competent. Lots of issues with cleanliness of the trash area, pests (mainly bugs) on premises and in unit, and flooding. Also constant issues with Spectrum’s internet connection for the building.
